A. Outdoor Integrated Cabinets

There are three modes of cabinet structure:

Double-layer sheet metal + PEF flame retardant heat insulation cotton
Single-layer sheet metal + PEF flame retardant heat insulation cotton
Sheet metal frame + EPS sandwich board

The outdoor integrated cabinet adopts semi-embedded industrial air conditioning to dissipate heat, and the sheet metal adopts professional outdoor powder spray processing, which is beautiful, convenient to maintain, constant temperature, and anti-theft, waterproof, dustproof, anti-sun, anti-corrosion, IP55 protection grade. The utility model can meet the requirements of outdoor harsh environment for a long time.

Product Features

The cabinet is not directly disassembled from the outside, protecting the safety and integrity of internal components. It features a compact structure, easy installation, excellent sealing performance, and IP55 protection.

Utilizes PEF or EPS flame retardant heat insulation cotton, offering excellent thermal insulation performance with thermal conductivity < 0.0472W / (m²·k).

Built-in door structure with tight gaps. Doors open to > 110° and feature a limiting mechanism. Includes a three-point mechanical lock with a lever and locking piece for enhanced anti-theft and anti-pry protection.

Designed with bottom entry/exit wire channels. AC, DC, signal, and ground wires are routed and bundled separately for neatness and safety. Equipped with an anti-corrosion coating grounding bronze at the bottom.

Equipped with a semi-embedded industrial air conditioner that regulates temperature and extends equipment lifespan without reducing internal rack space.

Coated with professional outdoor powder spray (RAL 7035 default color) to guarantee robust prevention against rust and environmental corrosion.

1 Are you a factory or trading company?

2 How to order?

Customers send us drawings or samples for quoting, such as 2D (DWG or PDF format) and 3D drawings (IGS or STP format).
Our engineers review the drawings and provide a price with a detailed DFM report. The quote includes tooling costs and manufacturing costs.
Upon accepting the quotation, you are welcome to visit our factory to see our equipment and production lines.
We proceed with detailed DFM discussions and engineering adjustments according to your requirements.
After final agreements, we proceed to order confirmation and tooling design.

3 How do you guarantee quality?

We guarantee quality through a strict process: always a pre-production sample before mass production, and a final quality inspection before shipment.

5 What are your payment terms and tooling lead times?

Tooling/Mould: 50% prepaid, with the balance paid after sample approval. Tooling lead time is normally 30 days and sample lead time is 35 days.
Parts: 30% before production, 70% after receiving the copy of B/L. Production lead time: 15-30 days.

6 How are the products packed?

Standard packaging is inside a bubble bag and then in a carton. Special packaging requests can be accommodated and requoted.
