Self-watering system, bolted type connection cables, welded type connection cables, REMA plug, Anderson plug, Charger can be supplied available according to different battery models.
Please kindly use the forklift battery according to operation manual, do not over charge or over discharge the battery, or not charge the forklift battery enough, please charge the battery in constant current every month, otherwise it would reduce the battery's capacity and shorter battery's cycle life.
Please check battery's level every week, the professional engineer or worker is needed in the checking. Please make sure the battery's electrolyte is not lower than the Minimum level, otherwise it would cause the battery's over heat and burn out.
Filling water must use the proper forklift battery water, if mix the impurity,it would cause battery's self discharge, over heat or even poison gas, please not do not fill the water too excessive, and please keep battery's surface to be clean and dry, otherwise, it would cause battery's electrolyte lead out and short circuit and etc problem.

A professional operation manual will be provided together with the batteries. Dry batteries and wet batteries are all available which is up to customer's choice.
For dry batteries, customers will need fill the acid when receive batteries, for wet batteries, customers just need to charge the batteries before use.
Check the acid level every week(need to fill distilled water or deionized water every 3 days if battery working in the high temperature).If the electrolyte’s level is too low, it might cause battery plate destroyed and shorten battery’s service life and etc problem. The methods of checking level: Open the vent cap,if the electrolyte is lower the top of vent cap, it means electrolyte level is over-lower and need to fill distilled water or deionized water, if electrolyte is parallel or higher than the vent cap,it is the proper position)
Must check if there is any corrosion between connector pole’s joining and leading wires,also check if the cap had the transmutative situation or over-heat problem.
Battery’s exterior dirty would cause creepag, must keep battery’s surface to be clear and dry.
fill distilled water or deionized water according to electrolyte level, don’t fill too much distilled water in order to delay filling time, too much distilled water would cause lower specific gravity, electrolyte would spill over,and this situation would corrode metal box and cables, and effect battery’s service life and creepag.
There is gas when charging, so need to keep ventilative environment, and no naked light. And the oxygen and acidic gas by charging would affect around environment. There would have electric arc when pull out the charging plug, please cut off the charger’s switch and then pull out the plug. There are much hydrogen after finish the charge, naked light is not allowed.
Battery should need a equalizing charge every month(means small charging current but long time charge), in order to keep battery’s capacity and long service life.Method of equalizing charge: Firstly charge the battery as regularly, after finish the charge,press the switch of equalizing charge,charge the battery 24-36 hours continually. Within the equalizing charge,need to make the record of every single cell’s voltage, density and temperature, after finish the equalizing charge, need to adjust electrolyte’s density and level as per using manual.
Must be operated by the professional engineer.
Battery should keep surface to be clean, if surface has the dirty things would cause short circuit, also cause terminal and connectors to be corroded. Please use wet cloth to clean battery in order to avoid static electricity.If there is no leakage hole at the bottom of metal box, pleas avoid using water to clean the battery, in order there are too much water to corrode metal box, if there is leakage hole at the bottom of metal box, you can use water to clean the battery.
Do not make battery short circuit;there would cause short circuit after the rain, must keep the battery in the open air and shady location.
Used battery still have capacity, please keep the battery as per storage method.
Use inhale densitometer check density, do not spill electrolyte out from the battery, and make sure wear the protective cloth.
Should refer to professional engineer, especially when fill the electrolyte.
Urgent handle is needed when battery’s turn over or destroy happens.

You should check the electrolyte level weekly. If the battery is working in high-temperature environments, check and replenish it with distilled or deionized water every 3 days.
An equalizing charge involves applying a low current for a continuous 24-36 hours. It should be performed once a month to maintain capacity and extend the battery's service life.
Only use distilled water or deionized water. Avoid using impure water, as it causes self-discharge and overheating, and do not overfill to prevent electrolyte leakage.
Store the battery in a shaded, open-air location protected from the rain to prevent short circuits. Ensure it is stored safely away from conductive materials that could cause shorting.
