1. Periodically verify the voltage values on the BMS display against the actual battery pack voltage. The error margin should not exceed 10mV.
2. Regularly cross-reference BMS temperature data with actual readings (allowable variance is ≤ 3°C) to prevent charging or discharging in extreme temperatures.
3. Ensure current measurements on the BMS match actual values within a 1% error margin to avoid damage from overcurrent events.
4. Inspect the charging equipment to verify that it delivers voltage and current strictly within boundaries defined by the BMS.
5. Ensure all electrical terminals are clean, dry, and securely fastened, without deposits of dust, metal filings, or oxidation.
• Avoid short-circuiting the positive and negative terminals with metal components.
• Do not submerge the battery or store it in high humidity (>95% RH) conditions.
• Keep batteries away from open flames, high heat, and corrosive chemical agents.
• Avoid wiring this product in series or parallel configuration alongside other chemistries or brands.
• In case of thermal issues or gas leakage, disconnect power and extinguish using dry powder or carbon dioxide. Evacuate safely.
