Warranty Period: 5 years from the date of successful delivery. If the single battery capacity is less than 80% of the initial capacity, please provide test pictures or videos for our verification, and we will provide a solution.

Shipping Damage: Please contact us first if any damage is found upon arrival. Provide pictures or videos for checking. We will discuss resending, replacing, or refunding based on the severity.

Exclusions: Returns/Refunds are not provided for issues caused by assembly errors (e.g., wrong wiring, unbalanced assembly), unauthorized modifications, or lack of proper protection (BMS).

Tips: DIY battery packs require cell balancing before assembly. Ensure you purchase a compatible protection board (BMS).
