FAQ
Can we put different LiFePO4 battery packs in parallel or series by ourselves?
Yes. The battery can be put in parallel or series by customers. However, please pay attention to these points:
1. Make sure the voltage/capacity of each battery are the same before placing in parallel. If they are not, charge them to the same rate.
2. Do not put used batteries and new batteries in parallel. This may reduce the capacity of the whole battery pack.
3. Advise us of the target capacity of the whole pack if you would like to put them in series, so we can choose the suitable BMS for each battery.
4. If you are not professional with parallel and series batteries, please do not handle the battery by yourself to prevent danger and maintain the cycle life.
Does the battery pack include a BMS? Can we use it for a car?
Yes, our battery pack includes a BMS. You can use it for low-speed cars only, or as auxiliary power for standard cars. Do not use it for standard cars directly as starting power, as that requires a more complex BMS design.
What is your warranty for the battery packs?
We offer a 2-year warranty for all our battery packs. We ensure at least 2,000 cycle life for the LiFePO4 battery pack (at 80% DOD), meaning there will still be around 60% capacity left. You can use it for at least 5 years under normal daily charge and discharge usage.
Are the battery cells you use brand new and Grade A?
Yes, all of our battery packs use brand new battery cells, and the grade is A.
What functions does your battery support?
Our battery can support customized Bluetooth monitoring functions, RS485, or CAN-bus communication functions.
Can I buy a few batteries as samples? What is the minimum order quantity?
Of course, we support customers in purchasing 1-2 samples as the beginning of our business cooperation.
