Grade A Quality Assurance: LFP-280Ah Grade A Cells including original certificate and test report. All cells are balanced, and each cell has complete data. If needed, we can also provide: Test reports, Certificates, and complete cell data sheets (internal resistance, voltage, capacity).

We have laser welding machines, so screw terminals or other customized terminal options are available.

Please Note:

Grade B or old, cheap LiFePO4 battery cells are not provided. With B-grade quality batteries or old batteries, the assembled battery pack has a significantly shorter life and is highly susceptible to damage. Due to the long distance of international shipping, managing returns or exchanges for quality issues can be highly challenging. Furthermore, it is extremely difficult to find replacement cells with matching internal resistance, voltage, and capacity to repair a damaged pack. It is strongly recommended that customers with strict quality requirements utilize new A-grade battery cells.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the cycle life of these LiFePO4 280Ah cells?

These cells feature a long cycle life of 6000 to 8000 cycles at 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), making them highly durable for battery energy storage systems (BESS).

Are these battery cells Grade A quality?

Yes, we provide exclusively brand new Grade A cells. All cells are balanced, and we can provide the original certificate, test report, and individual cell data (including internal resistance, voltage, and capacity) upon request.

What are the recommended temperature limits for charging and discharging?

The charging temperature range is 0°C to 60°C, and the discharging working temperature range is -30°C to 60°C.

Can I customize the terminal type for these cells?

Yes. We utilize laser welding machinery, which allows us to offer customized terminal options, including screw terminals, to suit your specific application.

What is the warranty period for the LFP-280Ah cells?

We offer a 36-month warranty on these LiFePO4 battery cells, starting from the date of shipment.

Why should I avoid using Grade B or old cells?

Grade B or old cells can result in uneven capacity, voltage, and resistance within a pack. This mismatch drastically reduces the overall life of the battery pack, increases susceptibility to damage, and makes subsequent repairs extremely difficult since replacement cells must match the degraded specifications.
